Jeans for Genes Day
On Friday 18th September we will be taking part in 'Jeans for Genes Day'. This day is all about raising money for some of the most vulnerable people in the UK. Together we can help to transform the lives of people affected by a genetic condition. The children are invited to wear one item of denim, along with their school uniform. MacMillan Coffee Morning
On Friday 25th September Stourfield Junior School will be hosting a Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan is 98% funded by voluntary donations and with your help they can deliver the vital support people living with cancer need; whoever and wherever they are. There are currently more than 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK and this number is rising, with someone diagnosed every 75 seconds. But Macmillan is doing whatever it to takes to ensure that everyone gets the best care available. They work with partners to provide services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience, including the Macmillan Support Line, award-winning cancer booklets, their Online Community, and Macmillan professionals.Thank you for your kind donation. It really will make a difference! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to Macmillan Cancer Support.
